1. Service scope

PocketClaw provides hosted access to an OpenClaw-based AI agent via Telegram. Features may change as OpenClaw and provider APIs evolve.

2. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Top-up credits are one-time purchases.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, abuse, fraud, or harmful automation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delays may occur due to upstream providers, network issues, or maintenance.

5. Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketClaw is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
